With Lead Instructor and Practicum Supervisor at Bodhi Academy
Sienna Terranova, LPF

and Transpersonal Psychologist
Myrriah Jannette, PhD

Learn how to integrate psilocybin-assisted approaches into your practice to foster profound and lasting healing in clients struggling with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

Psilocybin has the potential to treat post-traumatic stress disorder, especially in combination with traditional therapies.

Through carefully guided sessions, psilocybin has the ability to temporarily dissolve the barriers that PTSD erects around traumatic memories, allowing your clients to confront and reframe their experiences in a safe and supportive environment.

This process can lead to a reduction in symptoms such as anxiety, flashbacks, and emotional numbing, often with rapid and sustained improvements.

Join us for an information-packed workshop with Sienna Terranova, LPF, and Myrriah Jannette, PhD, a transpersonal psychologist who works with Lykos Therapeutics (formerly MAPS PBC). Both Sienna and Myrriah are seasoned traumatic stress experts who will share with you an evidence-based, transpersonal approach to incorporating psilocybin into your existing healing practice that can help people suffering from PTSD.

Working with trauma survivors differs from working with other client groups. You’ll hear about the unique sensitivities and considerations required to support their journey safely and effectively.

During this workshop, Sienna and Myrriah will share with you what you can anticipate during psilocybin sessions, including the range of emotional and psychological experiences clients may encounter.

You’ll also discover common challenges that may arise in your clients, such as fear, uncertainty, and resistance — and how these responses can be navigated to foster trust and openness with your clients.

These two professionals, each with decades of experience, aim to empower therapists, counselors, and other mental health professionals with advanced strategies for enhancing healing within clients.

They’ll cover a spectrum of therapeutic modalities, including psychosynthesis, Zen Buddhist approaches, and transpersonal psychology, all of which are integral to understanding and leveraging the potential of healing PTSD with psilocybin.

In this wisdom-packed free online training event, you’ll:

  • Hear about leading-edge research showing how psychedelics can help resolve trauma, why it’s different to work with a trauma survivor, and how to proceed after the journey
  • Explore special considerations for creating a supportive set and setting, critical for the safety and success of therapy sessions with trauma survivors
  • Gain an understanding of how to work with the growing number of trauma-induced psycho-pathologies that incorporate plant medicines as an alternative to traditional therapies
  • Gain insights into the unique challenges and considerations for treating complex and childhood-based PTSD with psilocybin-assisted therapy

Clients who have been through repeated cycles of trauma often find themselves stuck, unable to fully connect with their experiences or to trust therapeutic processes.

If you’ve ever felt frustrated that your clients can’t fully get in touch with what happened to them, or confounded because their cycles of trauma aren’t easy to alleviate...

... psilocybin-assisted healing offers a new path to healing, which can lead to significant breakthroughs in a relatively short period of time. In fact, your clients could be symptom-free in as few as a couple of sessions.

During the event, you’ll be the first to learn about our upcoming 6-month Psilocybin Guide Certification program. This comprehensive program will equip you with the skills to safely guide others, in a legal setting, through psilocybin journeys...

... and teach you how to incorporate this modality into the work you already do, ensuring a supportive, healing, and enriching experience for those you guide.

What People Are Saying About Our Trainings...

“The lead trainers were incredibly knowledgeable...”

This training was comprehensive and well-thought-out. There are aspects of the training that I don’t think any other programs contain because of the depth of real experience that the faculty have. The lead trainers were incredibly knowledgeable, with years of practice that showed with every topic they presented on. This training was essential to me becoming a successful psychedelic guide.
— Drew Snyder, LPC, NCC, Head of Psilocybin Practicums, IPI

“I particularly benefited from the synchronous training opportunities...”

For anyone considering this line of work, I highly recommend Bodhi Academy’s psilocybin guide training program. The collective skill sets, extensive lived experiences, and individual unique perspectives of the faculty members contribute to a program which is very comprehensive and inspiring. I particularly benefited from the synchronous training opportunities, where we were able to apply the skills we were learning in a live, simulated scenario with other students in the cohort. Rose [Moulin-Franco, the founder of Bodhi Academy,] consistently offered useful and insightful feedback on how to improve. I have no doubts that I am prepared to move forward in this work after completing this amazing program.
— Goldie Harmon, RN

“... a well-rounded training that I’ve thoroughly enjoyed.”

The training content is rich and presented by those experienced in the field. There is a great mix of historical background and current research. All of this, combined with practical hands-on facilitation skills and a note to protect the sacred and mystical aspects, makes this a well-rounded training that I’ve thoroughly enjoyed.
— Jenn Weiss, life coach and sound healer

“These are lessons you can take away and apply in your personal growth...”

I have enjoyed and benefited from my training at Bodhi Academy. I especially enjoyed the synchronous learning sessions. Studying and practicing with the other cohort students provided a collective synergy for spontaneous moments of genius to arise for both individuals and the group. The students always seemed surprised that so much real insight into our role-play scenarios was harvested. These are lessons you can take away and apply in your personal growth with real emotion informing deep insights. Tears, laughter, and awe were not uncommon in our synchronous classes. The deepening connection between students that occurred during our online sessions has affirmed and inspired me to continue to grow and to be of service to my fellow human companions on this epic journey of life as a certified psilocybin guide.
— Ahva Lenay, community leader, Rhythm Sanctuary

“I feel very fortunate to be a part of this program!”

Bodhi Academy is the second psilocybin [guide] education program that I’ve attended and is, by far, a more rewarding experience. The curriculum is taught by a highly experienced professional staff and provides in-depth exploration of the numerous aspects of [guidance], including very enriching synchronous training role-playing exercises. The review quizzes at the end of each module greatly help to make sure key points and concepts are understood and retained as I progress through the coursework. My cohort is great and I feel very fortunate to be a part of this program!

About Reverend Sienna Terranova, LPF

Sienna Terranova, LPF, CICC, CBHT, an ordained interfaith spiritual leader and community organizer, has a distinguished background as an underground guide with 15 years of active practice. Through this experience, she witnessed the profound healing potential of psilocybin when used in a safe and supportive environment. A well-known advocate and educator of psilocybin in Oregon, Sienna was a key activist in advocating for legal, equitable access to sacred plant and fungi medicines.

Her expertise was instrumental during the establishment of Oregon’s legal framework for psilocybin use. As a member of the Rules Advisory Committee at Oregon Psilocybin Services, part of the Oregon Health Authority, Sienna’s insights helped shape the nation’s first psilocybin facilitator licensure program, including the testing of products and the establishment of legal access service centers. At Bodhi Academy, she not only contributed to the development of the curriculum but also serves as a Lead Instructor and Practicum Supervisor. The program she helped design balances scientific rigor with spiritual understanding, covering guided psilocybin support, dosing for individuals and groups, cultural sensitivity, and respect for ancestral traditions of sacred plants.

In her role as the National Manager of the Facilitation and Guide Team at Moksha Journeys, headquartered in Ashland, Oregon, Sienna oversees operations across all legal states. As one of the first state-licensed Psilocybin Facilitators in the world, she supervises and trains other Guides and Facilitators and collaborates with experts to create retreat programs focused on healing and spiritual exploration through psilocybin. Her expertise extends to psychedelic preparation and integration methods.

Sienna also holds certifications as an Integral Consciousness Coach and Behavioral Health Technician. As part of the leadership team at Transcendence, the pioneering 28-day psilocybin-assisted addiction recovery retreat program, her responsibilities include coordinating with a team of multidisciplinary specialists, managing client services, and providing direct care to clients engaged in intensive healing and transformative processes.
